By accessing or using the Website as a Partner, you agree to abide by these Terms.
Eligibility

Partner must be a Ghanaian with a Ghana Card and at least 18 years old to sell on our platform.

Partner MUST not ‘front’ for a foreigner.

Partner must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
Product Listings

Product listing will be done by the suppliers.
Pricing, Commission and Payment

Partners will choose a percentage margin between 1 & 30 on the wholesale price.

The profit margin of the product listed must not be more than 30% of the wholesale price.

Partners receive payments from Sassty through our designated payment processing system only.

We will deduct applicable fees, including commissions, from partner’s payouts.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds will be handled by Sassty.
Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a partner's account for violations of our terms and conditions or for any other reason at our discretion.
