By accessing or using the Website as a Seller, you agree to abide by these Terms.
Seller must be a Ghanaian with a Ghana Card and at least 18 years old to sell on our platform.
Seller will be able to sell in ONLY one (1) category.
Seller MUST not ‘front’ for a foreigner.
Seller must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
Product listing will be done by the suppliers.
Sellers will choose a percentage margin between 1 & 30 on the wholesale price.
The profit margin of the product listed must not be more than 30% of the wholesale price.
Sellers receive payments from Sassty through our designated payment processing system only.
We will deduct applicable fees, including commissions, from seller’s payouts.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a seller's account for violations of our terms and conditions or for any other reason at our discretion.
