• To sell on our platform, you must meet our eligibility criteria and product quality standards.

• We reserve the right to approve or reject the supplier's application at our discretion.

• Must be of good quality.

• A free sample product may be requested.

• Inferior products will be rejected and the cost borne by the supplier.

• Sassty would be the first to sell any new product from you in our jurisdiction.

• The price of the same quality product cannot be sold cheaper to another company in our jurisdiction.

• Supplier is responsible for creating and maintaining accurate product listings, including descriptions, images, prices, and availability.

• Supplier will be the one to upload all their products in the required manner.

• Products must meet all legal and safety requirements in the relevant jurisdictions.

• In the event of product unavailability or delays, suppliers must promptly inform us.

• The supplier will have control over product prices but agree to adhere to our pricing guidelines* ( not more than 30% of Alibaba international prices).

• The Supplier has control over the pricing of their products.

• Commissions of 5% are automatically deducted when an order is delivered successfully.

• Payments will be made in accordance with our payment schedule.

• Payments will be made into the account provided by the supplier.

• Daily exchange rate will be applied, if applicable.

• The supplier will have access to our assistance via our customer care persons.

• Excellent customer service is crucial for our platform's reputation.

• The supplier must be swift with their responses.

• The supplier must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards related to the sale of products.

• The supplier must have a warrant to sell the products to be listed on our platform.

• The supplier must ensure that listings do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights.

• We reserve the right to terminate our partnership with suppliers if you violate these terms or engage in any unethical or illegal activities.

• Any information shared between supplier and Sassty Marketplace should be kept confidential, including sellers data.

• You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of our platform.

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Ghana, and any disputes that may arise shall be resolved according to the laws of Ghana.

• We may update these terms from time to time, and you will be notified of any changes.
