Sassty offers a selection of products for sale. Customers can browse our product catalogue, select items and place orders for purchase.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming their orders before making payment.

Payment for orders can be made using the payment methods accepted by Sassty, including credit/debit cards.

Sassty runs only on prepaid, which means that you pay for the item you order before we deliver it to you.

Customers must provide accurate and up-to-date payment information. Sassty is not liable for any issues resulting from incorrect or outdated payment details.

Product prices are listed on the Website and may be subject to change without notice.

All prices are inclusive of taxes.

Sassty is dedicated to providing timely delivery of products within 24 hours of order confirmation.

Timely delivery is contingent upon product availability, the customer's delivery address, and other factors beyond the Sassty's control.

In the event of any delays, Sassty will make reasonable efforts to inform the customer and provide an updated delivery estimate.

Customers have the right to return products that are damaged, defective, or not as described. Returns must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery.

Refunds will be processed promptly upon receipt and inspection of the returned product.

Customers are responsible to return the items to the pick up points, in cases where there are no pick up points in your area, Sassty will pick it up for free.

Sassty values the privacy of its customers. Sassty privacy policy outlines the use and protection of personal information and is an integral part of this agreement.

Data collected from users is not shared with any third party.

Sassty reserves the right to terminate or suspend a customer's account, at its discretion, for any violations of this agreement or any unauthorized and suspicious activity.

All content on the Sassty’s website, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the property of Sassty Marketplace and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Customers may not use, reproduce, or distribute this content without Sassty's explicit written consent.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ghana.
